18 Years of Industry Experience.
Now Teaching What Actually Matters.

I'm a Senior Software Engineering Manager with over 18 years of experience designing, developing and running cloud-native applications at scale. Currently at GoTo, I lead distributed engineering teams building microservices architectures and SaaS platforms used by businesses across the globe.

My technical expertise spans Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and the modern data engineering stack — Snowflake, Apache Flink, Apache Beam, Kafka, Databricks and AWS EMR. I've driven complex cloud migration initiatives, ensured SOC2 compliance, and modernised legacy systems into production-grade microservices at MNCs like Mindtree, Halliburton and GoTo.

I started KanvGlobal Academy because I saw the same problem everywhere — brilliant graduates who couldn't crack interviews because they'd never built anything real. Academia teaches theory. Companies need engineers who can ship. That gap is what I'm here to close.
